The Caribbean Queen is a family own catering company
Established in 2003 by Dawn Nicholson, who took great pride in the food she prepares.
Her passion for cooking, hospitality and service to others in her home, drove her to extend her home cooking attributes to open her first restaurant and take away in 2003.
The Dutch Pot and Salad Master cookware were used to prepare all the authentic, traditional recipes from Jamaica with fresh herbs including the St Andrew Home Grown Thyme, spring onion and Scotch Bonnet Pepper that would fill the room with an authentic aroma.
We prepare fresh, tasty, mouth-watering nutritious food, fresh drink and punches that will tickle your taste bud.
